Your trust is our capital. We treat your data as a trust held in our care.
01What we collect
Only what you send us through the registration, contact or coach-application forms: name, phone number, age, program of interest, health notes, emergency contact, message text and coach-application answers.
02How it is used
To arrange consults and registration, to design a safe training program (based on your health notes) and for essential club communication. That is all.
03Which services receive it
Site hosting (Vercel): forms pass through its servers; the server log keeps only the reference code, form type and time of submission.
Club database (Cloudflare): all form answers are stored here, and only the club's management can access them.
Form relay (FormSubmit): only name, phone number and request type, so the club manager's email (Gmail) is notified of a new form. Health notes, parent details, emergency contact, age and message text are never sent to it.
04What we never do
Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
05Deleting your data
One call or message is enough to have your information removed from the club's lists at any time.
