The MHP-PRO cycle

Who it is for: An athlete with a competition date
What you receive: A four-week block of the seven-phase cycle, set for your distance to competition, after the safety gate. Three service levels: program · program and nutrition · full package.
What is not included: The full cycle to competition day is not one block's price. Nutrition tiers are built by the coach with a dietitian's sign-off.

What you receive: Technique-effectiveness matrix, scoring pattern, fatigue curve and three training priorities — from the score sheet or video timestamps.
What is not included: A final score alone is not enough; period-by-period data is required.
