Athlete maintenance — progress happens in the rebuild
Recovery, Massage & Corrective Movement
Training is the stimulus; progress happens in the rebuild. The MHP recovery unit keeps athletes healthy across long seasons with sports massage, mobility sessions, corrective movement and posture assessment.

TRAINING
What you will train
01Sports massage
Reducing muscular tension and supporting recovery after heavy training.
02Recovery sessions
Restoration protocols for high-load weeks and post-competition.
03Mobility
Opening restricted ranges — the prerequisite of technique and pain-free training.
04Corrective movement
Fixing posture and muscular imbalances with targeted training.
05Posture assessment
Body-position analysis and an individual corrective plan.
06Injury prevention
Finding high-risk points before they become injuries.
Why recovery is part of the Method
It is the fifth pillar of the MHP Method: a body that never rebuilds eventually breaks. Recovery at MHP is not a luxury add-on — it is part of the athlete's program, especially for wrestlers in season.
Schedule
The detailed session timetable is announced each term. Contact the club for this week's schedule.
MHP recovery, massage and corrective-movement services complement training and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. For persistent pain or acute injury, see a physician first.
